Preparation: (Our Lion’s-matcha is unsweetened)

Wisk It: Use a classic bamboo wisk to dissolve your matcha in 20 to 30 ml (about 1 oz) of hot water per serving (180F). Wisk in a back and forth W motion until smooth no clumps of matcha remain. From here you can add more hot water to taste or pour this mix over iced milk.

Shake It or Blend it: Add a small amount of hot water to a heat safe screw on container, add Lion’s-Matcha. Close and seal container, shake or blend for 30-45 secs. Pour into to cup and add hot water to taste or pour over iced milk.
